Dr Luke Evans, Member of Parliament for Hinckley and Bosworth, said "What is going on at Leicestershire County Council?

"In the six months since the May elections, Cllr Whitford is the third person to step down or be removed from the Cabinet. What is going on in the Reform leadership? When will they get a grip?

"While parents and families are struggling to access support for children with Special Educational Needs, social care provision is taking up 70% of LCC's Budget and Leicester City Council is trying to take over part of the county, Cllr Harrison and his Cabinet are busy fighting among themselves, and here comes another reshuffle.

"Residents have real concerns about the leadership at County Hall and whether they are even capable of fighting for Leicestershire and addressing the challenges facing our area."
